Pre-Trip Preparation
To prepare ourselves for this journey we have created
the following goals:
- Physical Fitness: Cycling from
200 to 300 miles a week.
- Education: We are reading field
guides on Alaska, Canada and the Northwest so that when we begin our
adventure we'll know more about the animals.
- Equipment: We are buying and
preparing our gear and bikes for the trip.
- Finances: As we're students
without much money, we are looking for sponsors and working overtime
in our current jobs to help fund the trip.
