July 8th 140 KM Big Climb

(Joseph)After another very tough uphill climb through more gravel our difficult portion of the journey is almost over. No wild life to be seen on this trip, yet I managed to take a few good pictures of plants. We met a 66 year old Californian adventurer who is taking his 7 major biking trips in the past 7 years. He is on his way to Yellow Knife. We all had lunch together in Dease Lake.

(Rob) Today was a day of climbing. We traversed the second gravel section of our Cassiar trip. By the end of the day it rained on us on a steep decent.
