Passeriformes
This order of birds contains almost 6,000
species. These birds get there name because they are perching
birds. They have very strong feet for perching and grabing branches. Thre
are two groups of Passerine birds. One is the Suboscine Passerine birds
(Terranae: have a cyrinx that doesn't have the muscles
to make the same sounds as the other birds). The other group is the Passeres,
which includes everything else.
